Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules (backend and frontend).
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
- Customize existing modules to meet business requirements.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
- Provide technical documentation and user training when needed.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor junior developers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and QWeb.
- Understanding of Odoo framework architecture (ORM, MVC, workflows).
- Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and DevOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
